It took over 6 weeks for me to receive my order of a basic blanket with monogram. The seller was rude and kept stating the order had been shipped when records show it was not. The quality is horrible. Both the product and on the monogramming. I will never order from this seller again.

Did it ship on time? NO!! It STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! I ordered a blanket on July 16, 2020. This is ridiculous! I was told it would be ready to ship with 2-3 weeks, Expect delivery Aug 6th.. then on Aug 11 when I inquired AGAIN, I was told they're running a few days off schedule due to volume...Still Nothing. Horrible customer service and still no Blanket. Very disappointing.
