RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Threaded Flames, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

RETURNS

  • We accept returns for non-personalized merchandise within 14 days of receiving your purchase, based on tracking information.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on custom or wholesale orders.

 

2. Return Process:

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an item.

 

3 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Only the cost of the item will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES
